Mail allows users to send, receive, and store email on the Microsoft web email server. Tasks allow users to create, move, or categorize tasks out of any Outlook item, such as e-mail message, contact, calendar item, or note. Calendar allows users to create appointments and events, organize meetings, view group schedules, view calendars side-by-side, overlay calendars, and link and share calendars to anyone. People (Contacts) allow users to organize and keep track of their contacts and contact lists, share contacts, create and edit contact groups, and synchronize contacts across platforms.
